Inge started working independently as a leadership practitioner in 2015.
Prior to starting her own business, she was the Manager of McKinsey Women for Europe, the Middle East and Africa for four years. Her focus was on strategy, programme design, facilitating workshops, coaching, recruiting initiatives and building external reputation.
She started her career as a Business Analyst for McKinsey&Company. Thereafter, she worked for Insights Africa as a facilitator and account manager. She was also the Strategic Executive Assistant to the Head of Equities for Rand Merchant Bank before re-joining McKinsey in Professional Development and later specialising in women’s leadership development.
She holds Hons and BComm degrees in Financial Accounting (both cum laude). She is an ICF accredited coach (ACC level) and a graduate of Newfield, specialising in ontological coaching.
She lives in Somerset West with her husband and three children. She knows first-hand the challenges of being a wife, mom and working woman.
