IgniteHer
IgniteHer, in partnership with Donna Rachelson, is a leadership development movement that brings together flexible but guided learning with high levels of personal accountability and personal and business impact.
Unlike traditional women’s development programmes, IgniteHer starts with the individual woman, her needs, and a plan for her specific development in the context of the organisation’s requirements and needs.
This creates a business shift as the women in the organisation are catapulted to success and their potential unleashed.
RMB Lotus
Like a lotus flower that grows out of the darkest mud and blossoms above the water surface, women too can rise above their challenges in the workplace. Through the Lotus programme women explore their own true strength, potential and purpose in a male-dominated industry.
In May 2016 forty RMB women enrolled on the bank’s first female empowerment programme – aptly called the RMB LOTUS Programme. Inge has collaborated with RMB on this programme from inception - designing and delivering sessions annually for 7 years running.
